If a visitor for any reason can't scan the self-check-in QR-Code or go through the check-in kiosk, Now you can assist them using the Add New Visitor feature.

This functionality is only available if your shelter has an active Visitor Management module. If you want to activate it, please email katelyn@adopets.com.
Add a New Visitor Steps:
Step 1
Click on the "Add Visitor" button and select the preferred kiosk inside the Visitors menu.
Step 2
Add the Visitor's Email.
Step 3
Select a Reason for their visit.
Step 4
Add the visitor's Information.
Step 5
The visitor will show up on the visitor's menu. If you want to create a new adoption inquiry, you can use the dotted button and go on from here.
