Once your application has been reviewed and approved by the Shelter, you will receive an email notification with a link to sign the adoption contract/agreement, like the example below:

Upon clicking on "Sign contract" in the email, you will be taken back to Adopets to complete the signature of your new pet's adoption agreement and to pay for its adoption fee.

Make sure to read your adoption agreement as a fundamental step for adopting your new friend.

And to complete the electronic signature exemplified below once you agree to the adoption terms.

Just in case the link did not work, you can still be able to login to your account using this link, https://adopt.adopets.com/my-account/applications-active. Once logged in, you'll see a "Sign contract" button just like the example below.
