When signing up for an account, or updating your email, we will send you a verification code and ask for its validation on Adopets to verify your action as a security protocol.
However, some times it can be that receiving that code doesn't happen as quickly as you might expect. In some cases, it can be normal for it to be sent directly to your spam or junk folders, or for it to take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
In case nothing arrived in your spam or junk folder, or the 10 minutes passed without you receiving anything, check if you typed your email correctly. Last case scenario, try troubleshooting with another email. That could happen, especially if you have firewalls set up in your email provider.
