Resending the Contract to the Adopter

As of the moment, we don't have a feature to automatically resent the contract to the adopter over email, like when you approve them for the first time. The adopter can always sign back in to their Adopets account to view and sign their contract.

Option 1: The contract isn't signed yet

The medical records are sent alongside the adoption contract, which is created automatically once the pet is approved.

With that, any medical record info or procedures that are updated after the adoption Approval won't be updated automatically the version the adopter has.

However, as the contract wasn't signed yet, we can generate a new one and update everything accordingly.

Option 2: The contract was already signed

The medical records are sent alongside the adoption contract, which is created automatically once the pet is approved.

With that, any medical record info or procedures that are updated after the adoption Approval won't be updated automatically the version the adopter has. And because the documents are already signed, we won't be able to substitute them in the system.

However, suppose you would like to send the updated medical records as a separate document. The tech team can generate an updated version for the shelter and have that sent to the adopter.
