Once a pet has been returned to their respective Shelter, a Staff member normally makes a request to "Make the pet available again" on Adopets.
Kindly provide the following details:
1. Name of the Pet
2. ID# of the Pet
3. Indicate if the Shelter is issuing a refund or not to the adopter.
Once the Support/Customer Experience Team is done working on the profile, the pet should be back to Available status.
